Building Permit Application

Please use this application for building and zoning permit requests. Form should be filled out entirely to prevent delay in approval. Payment due upon approval and pick up of permit. If you are doing work in the easement or Right of Way please fill out a Right of Way permit and submit to the Director of Public Works.
