Job Summary
The Village of Genoa City is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Utility Clerk/Administrative Assistant. This position provides utility billing support (upload meter readings to the Utility Billing software, produce quarterly billing invoices, etc.), collect and receipt utility payments, customer service, answering phones, clerical assistance, recordkeeping (utility mostly), and miscellaneous duties as assigned by the Clerk Treasurer. (Utility Clerk 80%/20% Administrative Assistant).
