FIRE HYDRANT FLUSHING

The Genoa City Water Utility will be flushing hydrants.

WEEK OF OCTOBER 21 – OCTOBER 25 

During the flushing process, you may experience temporary water discoloration or pressure drop. Your water is safe. If you notice discoloration in your water, we recommend turning on the faucet and letting it run for a few minutes until the water is clear. (Please check your water before doing laundry)

Flushing will begin at 7:30 a.m. 7:30 a.m. and should be completed by 3:00 p.m. Daily.
