Public Information Meeting

NOTICE

PUBLIC INFORMATION MEETING

related to

2021 ROAD RECONSTRUCTION and UTILITY IMPROVEMENT

PROJECT

The Village of Genoa City has scheduled a Public Information Meeting (PIM) to present information regarding the 2021 Road Reconstruction and Utility Improvement project.

This meeting will be held:

WEDNESDAY, APRIL 14th, 2021

at

Village Hall Board Room

755 Fellows Rd

Genoa City, WI  53128

4:00 pm to 7:00 pm

This is an opportunity for you to ask questions and offer comments regarding the proposed improvements. Exhibits and plans of the project will be on display. This is an open house meeting and not a public hearing. We have attempted to notify all interested parties, but would appreciate your assistance by informing others who may be interested in attending this meeting. The Village Hall's Board Room is wheelchair accessible.

The project is tentatively scheduled for June through September 2021. Streets will remain open to local traffic at all times. Access to properties may be restricted during construction-notice will be given prior to driveway closures.

The Villages may be requesting temporary easements from some property owners in order to construct the improvements through this narrow corridor. Also, all flower beds and ornamentals within the Village right-of-way will need to be removed prior to construction.

If you have questions regarding this project or would like additional information, please contact John Cole, Village Superintendent at (262) 949-5583 or Brandon Foss, Village Engineer at (262) 317-3374.

We look forward to meeting with you on April 14th, 2021.
